I should point out, those rules only cover the mandatory childhood vaccinations (MMR, pertutis, tetanus, etc) non mandatory, such as the flu vaccine aren’t required. And of course, medical exemptions are accepted.

Why is tentanus mandatory over there? Here in the US it’s pretty much a thing you only get if you actually get cut bad enough to need a booster. I don’t think it’s even listed on my vaccination card.

I may be wrong.
But I’m sure the first time at least is (i remember getting it as part of my cycle in school)

You guys are lucky, I was pumped full of everything but HEP-C (because the MMR shot almost killed me due to a bad reaction and everyone involved pretty much said “screw it, we’re not risking the last one” by that point)

The list has grown since I was in school (I’m in my 30s now..)
